All ClimateScale projects have been pre-verified at the industry standard at a minimum. ClimateScale also offers three more stringent verification levels.

Industry Standard Verification: Projects sourced and verified from existing registries or marketplaces that meet their respective standards and criteria.

WSS Standard Verification: Utilizing our Decision Support assessment AI, we thoroughly evaluate projects to ensure they meet ClimateScale's higher standards for environmental impact and integrity.

Satellite Verification: We employ current high-resolution satellite images of project sites to verify project details and monitor progress, adding an extra layer of transparency and accountability.

Expert on Site Verification: Independent auditors/verifiers are dispatched to assess projects on-site, confirming project claims, quality and alignment with sustainability standards. This level of verification ensures the highest level of integrity and impact.

Project Impacts & Benefits

Additional Project impacts and benefits:

1. The project aims to restore 100,297.85 ha of degraded grassland in the Otog Front Banner area, improving grassland productivity and quality.

2. It also aims to develop Mongolian culture within ethnic groups, attract tourists, and promote traditional culture diffusion.

3. The project will improve wildlife habitats and biodiversity, benefiting 2,816 community members, 1,448 female community members, and 1,448 full-time employees. It will also improve livelihoods for 2,816 people and 1,448 women, and significantly improve biodiversity conservation.

4. Reseeding the grassland was implemented in seriously degraded grasslands where total grass decreased by more than 50% compared with the non-degraded grassland as per GB19377-2003. Total 30,301.81ha of degraded grassland have been reseed to restore the grassland productivity.

5. Improve the livelihood of local residents, provide permanent and temporary job opportunities for them, increase their income. Provide technical skills and training in sustainable grassland management, increases interaction within the community and improve the well-being of local communities.

6. Provide more suitable habitats for wild animals and increase local biodiversity.

7. the project is developed under VCS scope 14 "Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU)" with a project category of Agricultural Land Management (ALM)
